Meditations with Rachel Josephs

 

This summer, TEAK hosted a virtual weekly yoga series for Fellows and alumni taught by a former TEAK staff member, Rachel Josephs. The series focused on the essential poses of Ashtanga Yoga and the one meditation to master.

 

Rachel was an early employee of TEAK, from 2002 to 2016, and was happy to spend her summer teaching the yoga and mediation class. “It was really nice to reconnect with old faces and meet new friends, especially in this super challenging global time.”

 

While the yoga sessions have come to an end, Rachel agreed to leave us with some thoughts and meditations to do on our own. The two videos below cover cultivating tools to help create peace and space in stressful times.
