Assistant Director, Administrative Support and Alumni Engagement

TEAK is seeking an Assistant Director, Administrative Support and Alumni Engagement to report to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee database management: support TEAK’s annual student records update process and take responsibility for the integrity of student, parent, and alumni data related to programs, i.e. transcripts, school information, dean assignments, alumni database.
• Support hiring and the onboarding process of new staff members.
• Manage the alumni database, oversee alumni events, and support the Alumni Committee.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director: prepare expense reports, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, manage written correspondence.
• Provide administrative and meeting scheduling support to Board of Directors committee chairs, prepare materials for quarterly Board meetings.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and various program events.
• Support the Executive Director on special projects towards the implementation of the 2024-2028 Strategic Plan.
• Support a small caseload of Middle School students.
• Select committee membership
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to the TEAK Fellowship’s mission
• Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential and sensitive student, family, and alumni information
• Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and complete projects with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interface effectively, professionally, courteously, and confidently internally and externally
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of organization culture and team dynamics
• Exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and take initiative
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Start Date: January 1, 2025
Compensation: Starting salary in the range of $50-60K commensurate with experience, skill set, and education. In addition to two remote days each work week, TEAK offers generous health and retirement benefits, and paid time off.
