Next Generation Board
The TEAK Fellowship’s Next Generation Board helps cultivate the next generation of leaders committed to TEAK’s mission of empowering exceptional students to reach their full potential regardless of their financial situation. The Next Generation Board introduces professionals to the varied programs and works of TEAK through volunteer opportunities, social gatherings, networking activities, professional development events, and philanthropic support. Next Gen Board Members have the unique opportunity to serve as advocates for TEAK’s important work serving New York City students, while advancing their personal, professional, and leadership goals.
In addition to supporting TEAK as mentors and volunteers, the Next Gen Board organizes a signature annual event – A Midsummer Night – to support TEAK, engage Board Members, provide networking and professional development opportunities with other organizations, and raise awareness about TEAK.
