Our Professional Coaching Mentor Program matches volunteers with TEAK college sophomores in a three-year, virtual mentoring relationship. This is an exciting opportunity to offer your industry insight and advice and to serve as a resource and guide to college Fellows as they begin to define and navigate their professional goals and build their network.

Volunteers are invaluable additions to our TEAK program and make a lasting impact on the lives of our TEAK Fellows. Offering their time, talents and insights to our Fellows increase our ability to ensure success for all of our students. Fellows benefit from the skills and guidance they receive from volunteers and volunteers experience the meaningful satisfaction that comes from working with motivated youth and serving their community.
